How do I start a video call?
In the lead, "Video call" → "Start now" or "Schedule" with date, time and duration. The lead gets an invitation with a calendar entry and a guest link without sign-in or app.
What does the notetaker do?
It summarises the conversation and files summary and next steps as a note in the lead. You switch it on or off per call; participants see that recording is on.
Do video calls cost extra?
No, they are included in every plan.
How does a lead book an appointment with me?
Under Settings → Connections → "Appointment booking" you set when you are available (weekdays, hours, slot length, buffer). In the lead, click "Offer appointment" and send the booking link by WhatsApp or mail; your general link is for your signature. The lead picks a phone or video call and a free time in their own time zone. Both of you get a confirmation with a calendar entry, the lead a reminder the day before, and the appointment appears as a task on the lead. Booked appointments and planned video calls are kept free automatically.
