Where is my data stored?
On servers in Frankfurt (EU). Database, files and application run in the EU region; mail credentials are stored encrypted.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes, the agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is part of the terms at https://livelisted.app/legal/terms. Every service provider is listed in the privacy policy at https://livelisted.app/legal/privacy.
Who operates livelisted?

Who in my team sees what?
Owners and admins everything including settings and billing, sales the properties and leads, viewers read-only. Partners see only released projects, never leads.
Can I export my data?
Yes, any time: leads as CSV from the board, properties as OpenImmo export, price lists as PDF. After cancellation the data is kept for the retention period and then deleted.
What does the AI do with my data?
It reads only what the task at hand needs, for instance the PDF for prefilling or the lead for a mail proposal. The data is not used to train models.
