What happens when a project sells out?
It moves to your archive and stays there for free, with the full sales history — achieved prices, time on market, partner performance. It stops counting against your plan.
Do brokers really cost nothing?
Nothing. They are the reason the data stays right. Charging for them would defeat the product.
Can I get my spreadsheet in without a fight?
That is the part we care about most. If the import does not work on your file, send it over and we will do it for you within a day.
Which countries and currencies?
Any. Currency, locale and square metres or square feet are set per project, so a portfolio can span Austria, Germany and Spain.
Where does the data live?
In the EU. A data processing agreement is available on every plan, signed on Enterprise.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans, any time, and you keep exporting your data afterwards. Annual plans run the year.
