Cancellation and refunds

1. Free trial instead of a right of return

Every new customer can try livelisted free of charge for 7 days with no payment details required. The purpose of the trial is to allow the software to be evaluated fully before purchase. A plan is chosen and paid for only once the customer decides to do so.

2. Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month, annual plans with effect from the end of the contract year. Cancellation is made in your account under “Plan” or by email to hello@livelisted.app. The full feature set remains available until the end of the paid period; afterwards the account becomes read-only and the public price-list link remains available in a frozen state for a further 30 days.

3. Refunds

No pro rata refund is given for billing periods that have already started. For annual plans, we refund the full amount on request if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the first payment and the software has not been used productively beyond the trial during that time.

Duplicate charges, charges made after an effective cancellation, and payments resulting from a technical error on our part are always refunded in full.

Changes in the number of active units within a billing month are not charged pro rata; the number on the billing date is what is charged.

4. Processing through Stripe

Payments are processed through our payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). The contracting party and issuer of the invoice is GMC Holding GmbH; the invoice is created and delivered through Stripe, and VAT is calculated on the basis of the billing address provided. Refunds are credited back to the payment method originally used and are usually visible within 5 to 10 working days. For refund requests, contact hello@livelisted.app.
