# livelisted

> livelisted (https://livelisted.app) is the sales cockpit for estate agents and property developers in Austria, Germany and Switzerland: create a property once, and livelisted produces the web exposé with read tracking, exports to the portals (OpenImmo, ImmoScout24), puts every enquiry on one lead board, drafts follow-up mails for one-click release, runs video calls with a notetaker, promotes the property on Meta and reports to owners. A property is live in five minutes. German and English UI; data hosted in Frankfurt (EU).

## Pricing (net, plus VAT; 7-day free trial without a card; no free plan; sales partners always free)
- Standard: 99 € per month plus 1 € per active unit per month, cancel monthly.
- Standard yearly: 990 € per year in advance, units stay monthly.
- Unlimited: 139 € per month, paid yearly in advance (1668 € per year), unlimited active units, available until 2026-12-31.
- Active unit = not archived, not sold or handed over. Sold-out projects cost nothing.
